Location & HOURS

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located at 212 White Bridge Pike directly behind the Shell gas station.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We are open daily, weather permitting*:

Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm
Sunday, 11am-5pm

*We close for inclement weather and major holidays, and closing hours are adjusted for Daylight saving time. Please call (615) 352-6388 or check our socials for the latest updates on closures due to weather.

WHAT HOLIDAYS ARE YOU CLOSED?

We are closed all day on New Year’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Hours are abbreviated on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

WHAT IS YOUR RAIN CHECK POLICY?

If it rains within 24 hours of your last wash or detail, you are eligible for one basic exterior wash for $1.01 within three days of the original wash by presenting your original receipt.

DO YOU HAVE OTHER LOCATIONS?

We have a sister property in Brentwood — Brentwood Auto Wash — located at 422 Wilson Pike Circle to the right of the Brentwood Skate Center. The menu and services differ from White Bridge Auto Wash, so please visit www.brentwoodautowash.com for more information.

WASH SERVICE

I’VE NEVER BEEN TO WHITE BRIDGE AUTO WASH BEFORE; WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE?

Upon arrival, please pull your car up to the ticket booth (small brick building in front of wash) and select from our menu of services. We will then direct you to the appropriate bay. Enjoy your clean car!

HOW CAN I GET THE MOST OUT OF MY WASH?

Please have your vehicle organized and remove all personal items and valuables prior to your wash; this will allow us to do the best job for you. (We can not clean cup holders full of change and personal items for example.) Also, please remember to leave your key or key fob in the car.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A WASH SERVICE?

An exterior wash normally takes 5-7 minutes.

A full-service wash normally takes 15-25 minutes.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
A FULL-SERVICE WASH AND A DETAIL?

We have two full-service washes and two exterior washes. While our washes are thorough, they are designed to be maintenance cleanings to get you in and out quickly; they are not details. If your vehicle needs extra attention, take a look at our detail menu. Feel free to give us a call or stop by if you need help selecting the right detail package for you.

WHAT ITEMS SHOULD I REMOVE FROM MY VEHICLE BEFORE GETTING A CAR WASH?

Remove all valuables and trash before exiting your vehicle. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or discarded items.

SHOULD I REMAIN IN MY VEHICLE?

Exterior wash customers will remain in the vehicle the entire time. Full service customers will exit after entering the building.

DO YOU HAND DRY MY VEHICLE?

Yes.

WILL IT SCRATCH MY CAR?

No, we use soft cloth, neoglide, and microfiber towels. As detailed in this study, The University of Texas Arlington and The Technical University of Munich have both done studies that show a well-maintained, modern, full-service wash is the safest way to wash a car. Yes, even safer than a hand wash which is inconsistent and not able to produce enough water and lubrication on the car at the right time.

I HAVE TAR/SAP/PET HAIR I NEED REMOVED. WILL A TYPICAL WASH SERVICE GET THESE OUT?

No, you will need to specify this concern when you enter the wash so we can recommend the appropriate service.

WHO IS KARL OF “KARL’S WUNDER WASH”?

Karl is the founder of White Bridge Auto Wash who sold the business to his stepson in 2013. Karl still comes by the wash from time-to-time, so keep an eye out to meet the legend himself!

HOW DO I BOOK A DETAIL SERVICE?

Give us a call or visit us in person to schedule a detail appointment.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-IN DETAILS?

Yes, but we do not guarantee availability for walk-ins and suggest calling prior to confirm availability. Appointments are not needed for full-service and exterior washes.

PAYMENT

DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS? WHAT OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENTS?

We except cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and White Bridge Auto Wash gift cards. We do not accept checks at this time.

HOW DO I TIP?

Tips are not expected but always appreciated. If you care to tip, you can tip on your credit card or cash tip box. Tips are pooled and split evenly with the crew.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in store or over the phone.

Duke’s General is located inside the White Bridge Auto Wash lobby at 212 White Bridge Pike, Nashville, TN 37209.

WHAT ARE DUKE’S GENERAL’S HOURS OF OPERATIONS?

Duke’s General has the same hours as White Bridge Auto Wash — open daily, weather permitting*:

Yes. Please park outside and enter through the lobby entrance (if facing the front of the building, the lobby can be accessed via the left-hand side of the building.)
